Breaking this provision would constitute a criminal offense and CREDIT IN COMMERCE will report any such activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

 

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Refunds are limited to payments made for 90 days of service only. (ex. If client is in service for 180 days, with no change made to their history, they can request a refund, but that refund will be limited to 90 days of service).

Furthermore, CREDIT IN COMMERCE offers no guarantee that client’s credit score will increase once upon or after the completion of CREDIT IN COMMERCE service. This is primarily because after removing all negative items from client’s credit profile, there could very well be insufficient “good” credit remaining.

Entire Agreement

 

The above Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and CREDIT IN COMMERCE. You agree that the Site, the information provided, the Terms of Use and all other agreements are given and made pursuant to Nevada law.

 

THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED AND CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAW PROVISIONS. SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT SHALL BE AN PROPER STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN THE STATE OF NEVADA.

 

CREDIT IN COMMERCE reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Site Terms and to take any action CREDIT IN COMMERCE deems fitting including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information. CREDIT IN COMMERCE reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of the Site Terms, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to any CREDIT IN COMMERCE website. These incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Site and constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Site, your request that CREDIT IN COMMERCE contact you about its credit repair products and services.
